Shipley’s Wildlife Center

Shipley’s Wildlife Center is a lovely respite from the hectic pace of Southern California. Located between Talbert and Slater you can enjoy the walking trails or get involved helping volunteer to maintain this community treasure. From birdwatching to the interpretive center  to its eight habitats to explore, it has something for everyone in the family, but watch for coyotes as they also live and play here. Admission is free. Open Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM; closed on Sundays and Holidays. No pets, no food/drinks (picnics) and no smoking please.
